Recreation Activities and Programs
Persons are not considered registered until their fee has been paid. The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel classes or activities when an insufficient number of people sign up. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes due to inclement weather.

Program Refund Policy:
All fees will be returned if a program/course is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. There will be a $5.00 per person processing charge for any cancellation of a class by an individual less than twenty-four hours before the start of the program. No refunds will be given after the program begins.

Special Events
Registration fees less an $5 processing fee and any event costs (tickets, T-shirt, etc.) will be refunded to the participant if cancellation is received 5 business days prior to the event. Registration fees will not be returned/refunded for any cancellations less than 5 days prior to the special event.

Day Camps
Deposits made for Kids in Motion are non-refundable.
No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 5 business days prior to the start of camp.
