• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300.00 is required 14 days prior to your event. The deposit check should be made payable to the City of Bemidji and mailed to the Parks and Recreation Office, PO Box 1346, Bemidji, MN 56619 or dropped off at the Tourist Information Center in Paul Bunyan Park.

• Cancellations: To receive a refund of your reservation fee, cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your event. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.

• Building Access: Reservations will be provided an access link to the building prior to your reservation time via text or email. If you do not have access to a smartphone, please contact us for an alternative access method.
