Note:

A damage deposit of $300 is required 14 days prior to your event. Deposit check should be payable to the City of Bemidji and mailed to the Parks and Recreation Office at PO 1346 or dropped off at the Tourist Information Center in Paul Bunyan Park. In order to receive a refund of your reservation fee less a $25.00 processing fee, cancellations must be completed fourteen days prior to your event. Keys for the Diamond Building can be picked up the day of the rental at the Tourist Center located in Paul Bunyan Park - 300 Bemidji Avenue N - at 10:00am.
