Reservations are not complete until all forms and room rental fees are paid. All cancelled rental times will revert to the Parks and Recreation Department for rental purposes. Subletting is not permitted.
The Rental Fee for park building/facilities will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days from reserved date. A processing fee of $20 will be charged for any cancellations. The processing fee will be deducted from amount refunded.
The deposit will be returned upon inspection by City Parks Staff after use of the facility and as long as the facility is clean and there is no damage to structures, equipment, or grounds. Additional costs may be assessed for damages in excess of the deposit.
The address of the Historic Carnegie Library is 426 Bemidji Avenue N. Please note parking is available in city lots and along city streets. The Watermark Art Center is a private lot and is only available for patrons of the Art Center not for events at the Carnegie Library.
