Note:

Thank you for sharing your event with us at the Historic Carnegie Lakeview Room. We want to help make this a wonderful experience that you will always remember.

• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300.00 is required 14 days prior to your event. The deposit check should be made payable to the City of Bemidji and mailed to the Parks and Recreation Office, PO Box 1346, Bemidji, MN 56619 or dropped off at the Tourist Information Center in Paul Bunyan Park.

• Cancellations: To receive a refund of your reservation fee, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to your event. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.

• Parking: The address of the Historic Carnegie Library is 426 Bemidji Avenue N. Please note parking is available in city lots and along city streets. The Watermark Art Center is a private lot and is only available for patrons of the Art Center not for events at the Carnegie Library.
