Library Park

Although relatively small in overall acreage, Paul Bunyan and Library Parks together form one of the key community parks due to their prime locations along the lakefront, near the downtown business district, and along a major thoroughfare. Library Park features picnic areas and large trees providing an ideal setting for a picnic. Shaynowishkung is represented in the park with a bronze statue overlooking the hillside and Lake Bemidji.
Library Park is home to several annual events including Art in the Park and Dragon Boat Races.
