This historic building is located in South Shore Park with a beautiful view of Lake Bemidji. Parking for the park is located in the Sanford Center Parking lot and a cart is provided for renters. The rental fee includes tables and chairs. Electricity is provided. Daily rental fee is $225.00.
Note:
This facility is available to rent from May 19th - September 30th. A refundable deposit of $300 is required 14 days prior to your event. A processing fee of $25 will be charged for any cancellations. The processing fee will be deducted from amount refunded. Deposit check should be payable to the City of Bemidji and mailed to the Parks and Recreation Office at PO 1346 or dropped off at the Tourist Information Center in Paul Bunyan Park. In order to receive a refund of your reservation fee, cancellations must be completed fourteen days prior to your event. Keys for the Old Mill Park Building can be picked up the day of the rental at the Tourist Center located in Paul Bunyan Park - 300 Bemidji Avenue N - at 10:00am.
