• Refundable Deposit: A refundable deposit of $200.00 is due 14 days prior to your rental. The deposit check should be made payable to the City of Bemidji and mailed to the Parks and Recreation Office at PO Box 1346 or dropped off at the Tourist Information Center in Paul Bunyan Park.

• Cancellations: To receive a refund of your reservation fee (minus a $25.00 processing fee), cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your event. The $25 processing fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.
